What is the return policy?
Because each dyed piece is individually dyed and unique, dyed items are eligible for exchanges only and cannot be returned for a refund.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@onceovernyc.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
Returns and Exchange shipping are free.
When will my order arrive?
Dyed pieces: All dyed pieces are made to order and have a 2-week processing time before they ship. Your total delivery time will be 2 weeks + the shipping time you select at checkout.
Ready-to-ship pieces: Ready-to-ship orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Your order will then arrive according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
My event is in less than 2 weeks, can my order be rushed?
Please reach out to us if your order is needed before the 2 week processing time. We'll do our best to accommodate for your event!
